Cannot register Messenger Pro 3

Hello,
I successfully downloaded and installed Clickatell Messenger Pro 3 on two different computers one with windows XP and another with windows 7. I have also tried Internet Explorer 7 and the latest version of firefox.
Upon registering Messenger it comes up with a messages confirming a successful regitration.
However, when I tried to use my password and username it keeps telling me the password is incorrect.
Additionally, when you hit submit to register Messenger opens up a browser with a clicktell web page which loads with and error and tells you "THE LOGIN HAS FAILED".

When I used Firefox I get no page error, just the THE LOGIN HAS FAILED message.
I registering through a direct internet connection, no proxy, no firewall.
What can I do to fix this problem?

Hi
The username pcsms has already been registered by another user, please choose a different user name (something more unique) and re register.
