Iam getting routing error message when i send SMS from website. Our bought account is set to private profile(Local SMS Traffic Only: USA). I have created a plugin "Coupon SMS" for using into sobi2 joomla component for send SMS.
If i use my script for send SMS with test account API ID, it is going correctly. Iam getting the message "Thanks for testing clickatell's gateway coverage. You will be able to change the content of your message after your initial purchase of message credits." But i didn't get the message which i has set the coupon.

Help me to correct this routing error and the message doubt.

Hi,

Some of our customers has been experiencing difficulty sending and receiving messages in the US, which we have investigated further. We have strict guidelines regarding use of our messaging service, that is consistent with MMA guidelines. Unfortunately a customer violated these guidelines; thus creating a cascading series of events which resulted in a connectivity disruption. We are working diligently to restore service to our US customers. Again we are aware of the difficulty that this incident has caused many of our customers. We apologize and look to restoring our quality service as quickly as we can

I have created an email on your behalf and our support team will keep you updated on the issue.

I'm still getting Routing Errors from both my HTTP and SMTP protocols and I'm not sending to shortcodes.  I'm trying to send messages to full-length mobile numbers in the USA (Sprint/AT&T/Verizon)

Unfortunately, as messaging in the US runs over shortcodes this issue will effect MT sending to US numbers.

Clickatell is gradually restoring connectivity to our US shared short code customers that have adhered to the relevant industry guidelines and our terms and conditions. We will not restore shared short code connectivity to Sprint Nextel & Boost, since their policy no longer supports the use of shared short codes.

The reactivation process, for our shared short code customers, is taking longer than what we would like, because we are required to audit customer account adherence to our terms and conditions and accepted industry guidelines before we’re able to restore services.

If your service is not restored by the end of the week, then we will contact you with more details of our reactivation process for the remaining US shared short code customers still affected, so that your service can be restored. We are unable to assist with prioritizing requests for reactivation, so please be patient while we focus our attention on reactivating our US customers that are still affected.
Further information is available on our FAQ, or please refer to our forum threads addressing the top issues you have raised.
